Regional Sales and
Business Development

Location:  Duluth, Georgia
Travel:  Light to moderate

Leatherberry Associates has an immediate need for experienced regional software Sales and Business Development professionals. The position is responsible for the sale of software and related services in the areas of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Process Automation, and integrated Marketing Solutions by geographic territory. Regional Sales and Business Development is responsible for the growth of new sales revenue by identifying and qualifying opportunities, performing product demonstrations, negotiating the contract, and closing. Responsibilities also include establishing client relationships for new accounts and growing new accounts annually.

5+ years of successful software sales experience in the SMB market. Experience with Infor Software, Sage Software, Microsoft CRM, or SalesForce and/or Process Automation software technologies will be considered a plus.

  • Sales quota attainment

  • Prospecting, networking and marketing to build pipeline
  • Work with marketing and sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies
  • develop and deliver scripted demos in the context of prospective clients needs

Client Services

LOCATION:  DULUTH, GEORGIA
TRAVEL:  LIGHT TO MODERATE

We have a passion for our clients’ true results and a pragmatic drive for action that starts Monday morning and doesn’t let up. Client Services work with existing clients to provide timely support of purchased software solutions, information on updated technology as well as appropriate up-sell of add-on software solutions and services offered by Leatherberry Associates. Client Services work closely with Marketing and Business Development to develop innovative strategies to target new accounts while continuing to manage and maintain the growth of existing clients. Client Services build, maintain, and quality opportunities within their client base and will report on all assigned activities. Client Services also handle tier 1 level support for immediate client needs, literature fulfillment, order processing, general accounting, and follow-up survey analysis.

2+ years of Client Care/Client Care Management experience in the SMB market Experience with Sage Software, Microsoft CRM, or SalesForce and/or Process Automation software technologies will be considered a plus.

  • Meet assigned sales goals for growth of software products and services to existing clients
  • Develop and maintains required expertise in assigned software products and services
  • Serve as the client’s advocate
  • Proactively communicate with active Clients regularly to advising them of new software releases and updates along with new products and services offered by Leatherberry Associates
  • Manage sales cycle for additional software products and service opportunities within existing client base
  • Prepare requests for quotation (RFQ) and supporting materials
  • Coordinate product demonstrations
  • Obtain necessary signatures and approvals
  • Process vendor Purchase Order requests
  • Organize and coordinate Webinars, Seminars and other Client events
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast information as well as client contact information and status
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in client care or client care management
  • Minimum 2 years inside sales experience, preferably in a professional services setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Digital Marketing - Social Media

LOCATION:  DULUTH, GEORGIA
TRAVEL:  LIGHT TO MODERATE

Digital Marketing and Social Media works with Sales and Business Development to develop innovative online media marketing strategies to target new accounts, manage and maintain the company’s websites, design and publish digital media.  Digital Marketing and Social Media will work with existing clients of Leatherberry Associates to assist with their online media and social marketing presence.

5+ years of digital marketing experience in the SMB market Experience with Adobe Suite and Social Media tools.

Experience with Infor Software, Sage Software, Microsoft CRM, or SalesForce and/or Process Automation software technologies will be considered a plus.

  • SEO and Web analytics reporting
  • Develop, manage, and report on multiple lead generation campaigns
  • Manage and promote the company’s social media presence
  • Develop digital content for online and print use
  • Develop and solicit contributions for regularly scheduled content delivery via email, print, and social media
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in digital marketing and social media
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience, preferably in a professional services setting

Client Support

LOCATION:  DULUTH, GEORGIA
TRAVEL:  LIGHT TO MODERATE

Client Support Analysts provide tier 1 / tier 2 level support to existing clients of Leatherberry Associates assessing and troubleshooting installed software applications and technical issues including database, networking, connectivity, synchronization, website, FTP,  and code errors. Client Support Analysts are problem solvers capable of managing  multiple client support issues, researching solutions, tracking software defects, and providing timely solutions

3+ years of software technical support experience in the SMB market Experience with Infor CRM Software, SQL, Oracle, IIS, Dojo, JSON, ASP, C#, php, VB,  .Net, and Process Automation software technologies will be considered a plus.

  • Meet assigned client support goals for growth of software products and services
  • Maintain required certifications for software products supported by the company
  • Track and update support issues within the company’s issue tracking system
  • Provide online, telephone, and email support to existing active clients
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in helpdesk/technical support environment
  • Minimum 3 years helpdesk/technical support experience, preferably in a professional services setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Focused, activity-driven, and technology savvy
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience as a user with CRM
